Anastasia Allison and Kate Towell still remember the moment they first met – they connected instantly during a tough workout at the same gym, and both left with the feeling that they would somehow, at some point in the future, be working together. Through a curious series of events, Anastasia and Kate found their way back to each other – their similar personal transformations combined with their mutual love of the wilderness, mindfulness and health re-connected them with a dream of providing others with a path to find their own clarity.
Anastasia Allison is a musician and, “inspired adventure coach” living in the Pacific Northwest. At a young age, she developed a love (read: obsession) of the wilderness and adventure, however, she followed a traditional career progression – pursuing roles as a Park Ranger and a Police Officer, while simultaneously struggling with the feeling that she was not on a path of her own design. A near fatal car accident was the catalyst for her own personal journey to discovering clarity in her life – she left her job and jumped with both feet into full time, “adventureprenership”. Anastasia is a Wilderness First Responder, she is the violinist for the Musical Mountaineers, she teaches Backpacking retreats, she is the host of the “Inspired Adventurepreneur Podcast” and she coaches aspiring adventurepreners and runs the “Inspired Adventurepreneur Academy” and she has trained with Master NLP coach, Anna Suil. She loves weaving the lessons that she has learned in the wilderness into her coaching and nothing excites her more than helping others learn the ways of following their heart and blazing their own trail.
