Winter is the perfect time to relax and replenish, which is why we’re heading to the mountains for a weekend full of comfort and connection. Join us February 1-3 at Peaceful Mountain Retreat Center for the ultimate self-care experience. Pencil in some well-deserved time to decompress, and we will take care of the rest. You can expect to be pampered with nourishing food, relaxing yoga, DIY self-care workshops and beautiful mountain scenery. Be sure to pack a journal, the coziest clothes you have, and your winter boots (we might get lucky enough to take a quick hike in the snow!

Please note: due to shared accommodations and lodging restrictions, this retreat is open to women participants only. Look for co-ed retreats in the future.
The retreat begins at 3pm on Friday and ends on 11am Sunday. Our first yoga session will be at 4:30pm on Friday.

Melissa graduated from Bastyr University in 2013 with a degree in nutrition and exercise science. She practices as an E-RYT 200/YACEP, and teaches yoga regularly at her home studio. Outside of yoga, she spends most of her time with her daughter, or in the kitchen, creating beautiful, healthy food. As a recent graduate of the Culinary Rx program through Rouxbe, she specializes in plant-based nutrition, and is excited to share a truly nourishing culinary experience with you.
