Sound Healing

Sound healing is a powerful technique that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, create a deep sense of peace, support meditative states and increase overall well being. From the moment I attended my first sound bath I was drawn to this ancient and effective modality of healing. I studied with Master sound healer Suren Shrestha and am a certified in his technique of Tibetan sound healing.

How it Works

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. Through this modality, healing is based on the idea that all imbalances are created by a disruption in the flow of energy in the body. When energy flow is blocked, affected areas in the body stop vibrating at healthy frequencies, resulting in some kind of illness. These imbalances can manifest as physical, mental or emotional changes. I think of the bowls as powerful adapagens. Their high vibrational healing frequencies move through the body restoring harmony and optimizing the flow of energy.
