
Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe
This is a delicious smoothie and a great treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 apple – cut in quarters. Peeling option. I leave the skin on.
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cardamon
- Optional flax, chia seeds, shredded coconut or other super foods of your choice
- Mix well in blender until smooth.
