Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

applepiesmoothieThis is a delicious smoothie and a great treat for breakfast or an afternoon snack!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple – cut in quarters. Peeling option. I leave the skin on.
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cardamon
  • Optional flax, chia seeds, shredded coconut or other super foods of your choice
  • Mix well in blender until smooth.
