Spring is the perfect time to reconnect to your desire for new growth and connection, which is why we’re heading to the mountains for a weekend full of yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom and nature. Join us May 15th-17th at Peaceful Mountain Retreat Center for an awakening and energizing experience. You can expect deeply nourishing seasonal food, energizing yoga, seasonal Ayurvedic self-care practices and beautiful mountain scenery.
The retreat begins at 3pm on Friday and ends on 11am Sunday. Our first yoga session will be at 4:30pm on Friday.

Melissa graduated from Bastyr University in 2013 with a degree in nutrition and exercise science. She practices as an E-RYT 200/YACEP, and teaches yoga regularly at her home studio. Outside of yoga, she spends most of her time with her daughter, or in the kitchen, creating beautiful, healthy food. As a recent graduate of the Culinary Rx program through Rouxbe, she specializes in plant-based nutrition, and is excited to share a truly nourishing culinary experience with you.
