Celebrate Summer by taking a timeout to temporally unplug yourself from technology and step into nature. Allow yourself to recharge, re-connect and re-awaken your vitality.
As we emerge from our time spent sheltering in place, it’s the perfect time to reconnect to your desire for new growth and connection, which is why we’re heading to the mountains for a weekend full of yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom and nature.
Join us August 14th-16th at Peaceful Mountain Retreat Center for a weekend of connection, community and sweet nurturing yoga and Ayurvedic practices. You can expect deeply nourishing seasonal food, daily yoga, seasonal Ayurvedic self-care practices and beautiful mountain scenery.
The retreat begins at 3pm on Friday and ends on 11am Sunday. Our first yoga session will be at 4:30pm on Friday.
