When yoga is practiced in a holistic way it allows you to create a stable, open and resilient body and allows you to approach life with a calm clear mind. In the state of yoga, you work more efficiently, make better choices, connect more deeply with others and experience greater joy.

Join me for a 4-week virtual series focused on learning tools to cultivate a stable body and a relaxed state of mind. Each week we will explore yoga philosophy, breath-work, movement and mediation practices aimed at moving you towards a deeper sense of balance, ease and calm.
In our weekly 2-hour sessions, will explore one of the Yoga Sutras in depth and then I will guide you through a breath-centered practice that prepares you for meditation. Each practice will include movement, pranayama, mudra and meditation techniques.
All levels welcome.
We will meet on 4-consecutive Wednesday’s via Zoom from 5-7pm PST, beginning August 5th.
Video replay will be made available and each week I will offer suggestions on how to incorporate these practices into your daily life.
