The pace of modern society and resulting increase in stress and uncertainty has made finding a way to find connection, ease and a greater sense of self-awareness a necessity. The practice of Yoga Nidra provides a way for us to remain calm amidst the chaos of our daily lives and also provides a path for the rediscovery of our true nature.
Participants will learn the physiology, history and science behind Yoga Nidra, the yoga of awakening. You will also learn how to deliver a yoga nidra practice in a class or in a private setting.

We provide some blankets and blocks for this training, but if you have bolsters, sitting cushions and extra blankets that would make you more comfortable, please bring them. Also please bring a light cover for your eye, scarf or similar.

Training Schedule: Saturday: 11:00 – 5:00. Sunday: 11:00 – 5:00pm. Tuition: $295 if registered by 4/4. $345 after.
