The practice of yin yoga provides the perfect balance to your more active physical pursuits. This is a slower-paced class, where seated and reclined floor postures are typically held for 3 – 5 minutes each. Yin is about slowing down and focuses on breath work, longer-supported holds and is designed to moderately stretch the deeper tissues of the body. Props such as a blanket and a block are highly recommended for this practice but not required. Suitable for all levels.
